Before your personalized plan is created, you will participate in a consultation with your nutritional coach. During this session, you will discuss your lifestyle, activity levels, work life, and other relevant factors. Additionally, you will complete a food diary, which enables your coach to understand your current diet, routines, and habits, and identify any potential deficiencies.
As part of your consultation, you will have access to a comprehensive health check. Your coach will conduct a health screening test that includes full body bio-electrical analysis, blood pressure assessment, and more.
Most generic diet approaches focus solely on the concept of “energy in, energy out,” often neglecting essential nutrients, antioxidants, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. This oversight can lead to numerous negative effects on both the mind and the body, such as burnout, metabolic issues, nutrient deficiencies and potential more serious health concerns.
