All sessions take place in a private studio, purpose-built for the training styles I specialise in with every session tailored to you, your goals and your individual starting point. Whether you’re new to training or have been training for a while, everything is built around you.
Using a mix of resistance training, conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics, and a mix of hybrid, tempo and tension techniques, each session is carefully structured to help build functional strength, boost performance, and look and feel at your best.
You will be challenged each session pushing you to your limits in a structured, supportive environment, learning how to move with purpose, train intelligently, and enjoy the process every step of the way. Our Personal Training +Coaching Package includes two in-person sessions per week, each designed around your unique goals, overall needs and progress. These sessions take place in our private studio, giving you focused, uninterrupted time with your coach to refine technique, build strength, and stay accountable.
In addition to your training, you’ll receive a personalised nutritional plan that’s reviewed and adapted weekly – ensuring your food choices align with your evolving goals, energy needs, and lifestyle. We’ll also provide ongoing support between sessions, so you’re never left guessing when it comes to recovery, mindset, or making sustainable changes.
To further enhance your results, we use regular bio-electrical readings to monitor key metrics like body composition and cellular health. These insights allow us to adjust your training and nutrition in real time, helping you stay on track and achieve the best possible outcomes – safely, efficiently, and with long-term success in mind.

Before your journey begins, you will take part in an initial assessment designed to establish a strong foundation for your progress. This session provides an opportunity for you and your coach to meet, build rapport, and explore key aspects of your lifestyle, mental well-being, personal preferences, and overall goals. It also offers a supportive space to raise any questions or concerns you may have.
As part of this assessment, a comprehensive health check will be carried out, including a review of your current health metrics such as blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, biometrics, and more. You will also have access to a nutrient score test, enabling your coach to assess your current dietary habits and identify any potential nutritional deficiencies.
Posture and proper body alignment are crucial to overall health and well-being, significantly impacting performance and preventing injury. Before your program begins, a detailed analysis of your posture and body alignment will be performed. This assessment will help us gauge your baseline abilities while pinpointing any discomforts or issues that may require attention. This analysis lays a solid groundwork for correcting form and mastering techniques from the very beginning and throughout your journey.
Personal training sessions are conducted in our private one-to-one studio, offering a comfortable, relaxed, and educational environment.
