All of our 1-1 services take place in our private studio, where you will have access to person-centred support to help achieve your personal goals. Personal Training +Coaching

£40 per week -12-week commitment
This unique program allows our client to engage in 1-1 coaching in a private, supportive, and educational environment, where you will be taken through a personalised exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation program tailored individually to you.

Before your journey begins, you will undergo an initial assessment where you and your coach will have the opportunity to meet and familiarise yourselves with one another. This step allows you both to delve into important aspects of your lifestyle, mental well being, preferences, and overall goals, whilst providing a space to address any concerns you may have ensuring a strong foundation for your journey ahead.

During this assessment, a comprehensive health check will be conducted, giving you the chance to review your current health metrics, such as blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, bio-metrics, and more. Additionally, you will have access to a nutrient score test, where your coach will evaluate your current eating habits and identify any potential deficiencies.

Posture and proper body alignment are crucial to overall health and well-being, significantly impacting performance and preventing injury. Before your program begins, a detailed analysis of your posture and body alignment will be performed. This assessment will help us gauge your baseline abilities while pinpointing any discomforts or issues that may require attention. This analysis lays a solid groundwork for correcting form and mastering techniques from the very beginning and throughout your journey.

Personal training sessions take place in our 1-1 private studio, providing a comfortable, relaxed and informative atmosphere. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, based on the initial assessment. This takes into account starting fitness levels, movement capability, and overall alignment allowing for a fully personalised experience. 

Our emphasis on proper form and technique is integral from the very beginning and continues throughout your training, allowing a diverse blend of training styles, including stretching, conditioning, resistance training, plyometrics, time under tension, mixed tempo and much more, ensuring every session is enjoyable and highly effective.

These sessions are fully adaptable and qualified up to GP referral, enabling us to work with clients ranging from those recovering from medical issues to competitive athletes.

Training and movement plans, whether in a gym, at home, or outdoors are designed specifically for you. These run alongside your personal training sessions, taking into account, unique strengths, weaknesses, and overall preferences, ensuring the best possible outcomes while making the process enjoyable throughout. 

Nutrition is a fundamental component in achieving your goals whilst promoting and maintaining optimal health. Our nutritional guidance is divided into phases, tailored specifically to each client’s starting point. Each phase is carefully designed to optimise both physical and mental outcomes, focusing on sensitising hormones receptors, enhancing metabolic health, and improving gut health. This approach establishes a solid foundation that supports fat adaptation and maximise muscle-building potential.

Throughout this program, you will receive personalised nutritional plans that address your unique dietary needs, goals, lifestyle, and preferences. These plans will take into account any health concerns or food intolerance’s you may have, promoting overall health and well-being while helping to prevent future complications.

In addition to personalised plans, you will benefit from tailored nutritional education aimed at empowering you with knowledge to nourish both your body and mind. These sessions will focus on essential nutrient intakes, enhancing metabolic function, gut health, +much more, providing practical strategies for adopting healthy eating habits for now and in the future without feeling restricted.

Lifestyle coaching is a fundamental component of this program. You will receive support in identifying and addressing habits or behaviours that may hinder your progress, including stress management, work-life balance, sleep quality +more.

In addition, we will work with you to implement positive lifestyle changes that foster the development of new, healthy habits. These changes will contribute to improved health and longevity while helping you discover renewed focus, enhancing your overall happiness and success. Our goal is to ensure that you cultivate enjoyable, practical, and sustainable habits that support long lasting results for now and in the future.

Staying motivated and accountable throughout your journey is essential for achieving success. You will have access to continuous support and encouragement, helping you set realistic goals, track your progress, and navigate any challenges that arise along the way.

To deepen your understanding of your overall health and progress, we utilise bio-measurements and blood analysis throughout your journey. This allows us to track key indicators of body composition, such as body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, and total body water. Additionally, blood markers provide insights into your metabolic health, nutrient levels, and overall well-being, guiding a tailored approach that meets your specific needs.

You will have full access to our App and online coaching system, where you will have unlimited support and contact with your coach.

Stuck with eating the same types of meals day in, day out, and need support to change it up? You will be provided with endless amounts of meals with full ingredient lists, cooking instructions, shopping lists and more.

Health Complications/postural

Do you have underlying health complications, postural or body alignment issues? Our qualified medical referral specialists can help support you with with exercise, nutrition and lifestyle guidance to improve and prevent further issues.

Food prep & Busy Lifestyle

Do you struggle to fit healthy eating into a busy lifestyle? Your coach will provide you with practical tools and practical ways to prep food efficiently so that you always have the meals you need.

My health had been bad for 20 plus years since being in my late teens I'd say to be honest, I had severe problems with my gut and by my early 20s had needed 3 separate operations. I had severe psoriasis and my mental health was very bad. in 2022 I was diagnosed with severe type 2 diabetes and was put on medication and insulin to aid this which seemed to cause lots more problems. I had no idea which way to turn. I reached out to Darren after seeing a post he wrote about health which touched a cord with me. fast forward 2 years later and I am 3 stone down, off all my medication for diabetes, no gut problems and no sign of psoriasis and just feeling amazing all round. Darren has been amazing and I must say very patient. Cant recommend enough. Way beyond a weight loss program.​
