With over 14 years experience in the health, fitness & well-being industry, I’ve developed a broad and versatile skill set across a wide range of settings. My journey has taken me through Personal Training, Sports Conditioning, Athlete Performance, Specialist Weight Management, GP Referral, Mental Health, and Severe Complex Needs. As well has this I’ve had\u00a0privilege of consulting and delivering workplace health and well-being workshops nationwide.<\/span><\/p>

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with high-end gyms, professional sports clubs, hospitals, and specialist services, both Public Health and private. This has allowed me to support thousands of individuals from all walks of life, helping them achieve better health, improved performance, and lasting well-being.<\/p>

I began my career in health and fitness in my early 20s, working as a personal trainer and body transformation coach. I later transitioned into athlete performance – a field I\u2019m passionate about and still actively involved in today. After five successful and fulfilling years, my curiosity deepened, and I became increasingly fascinated by human biology. I quickly developed a strong interest in the mechanics of the metabolism and how the body functions from the inside out.<\/p>

This passion led me to pursue further education, eventually leading me into a new role as a medical referral specialist within the health and ill-health prevention sector.<\/p>

Currently, I work for Wigan Council as a Health Development Officer within Adult Health and Social Care. In this role, I oversee the health and well-being of hundreds of residents, as well as the staff across both in-house and external services. A challenging role, but one I\u2019m deeply passionate about.<\/p>
