During this session, you will discuss your lifestyle, activity levels, work life, and other relevant factors. “I started working with Darren about five months ago after multiple unsuccessful attempts to enhance my physique. Meals and support is the best! I was hesitant at first due to doing that many diets! Darren takes the Fad out of dieting and makes you underdtand how foods effect the body properly. I’ve never enjoyed eating healthy as much in my life! Darren has learned me so much that has actually become life changing!
