Blood Oxygen Test
Blood oxygen tests are used to measure the oxygen level (oxygen saturation) of the blood. It's an easy, painless measure of how well oxygen is being sent to parts of your body furthest from your heart, such as the arms and legs. A clip-like device called a probe is placed on a body part, such as a finger or ear lobe.

In our daily roles, we often find ourselves in sedentary positions, leading to decreased flexibility, back pain, and various postural discomforts. This segment of the session focuses on full-body stretching and muscle activation, designed to engage the entire body. By promoting movement and enhancing blood circulation, this practice supports healthy posture and alleviates discomfort, fostering overall well-being.

Mindfulness & Meditation
We conclude each of our workshops with a guided meditation session, inviting participants to engage in a period of mindful relaxation. This practice aims to reduce stress and facilitate mental detoxification, promoting overall well-being and clarity of thought.

Our workshops are tailored to meet the requirements of your organisation with the duration depending on individual needs and the options chosen. The duration typically last between 2 hours, half a day or a full day.
Yes, our health and well-being training workshops are highly interactive. Participants engage in group discussions, activities, games and full body stretches throughout. We offer lots of Q&A’s throughout the whole workshop to foster engagement and overall participation.
This depends on the space of your organisation and can differ hugely. We recommend 20-40 employees on each workshop to maximise engagement in a safe and effective environment.
